E2E recognizes that the quality of the deliverable is directly related to the quality of the individuals developing it. Hence a very strong emphasis is put on the hiring process. In general the final selection is from a pool of 3-4% of the applicants, rest are filtered during the different interviewing process. Some of the basic qualities of the people hired:
