Software development engagement based on Time and Material is most suitable for longer term projects and specifically for projects that don’t have a well-defined requirements specifications. The customer has the leverage and flexibility of changing and updating the requirements without going through a lengthy process or waits till the project is over and then go through the change request process.
Based on this engagement model, E2E engages with the customer on a monthly hours consumed basis. We employ the required number of resources to deliver the task, set up a monthly hourly rate and simply bill the customer according to the hours consumed monthly. We use a time recording system and provide access to the customer, so that the whole engagement is transparent. The web based system provides detailed information about the hours consumed i.e. which resources used them and on which tasks.
