Step 2: Short listing is done which is based on overall communication capability & fit organizational culture

Step 3: Second short listing is based on the project based requirements match to the customer

Step 4: Job offer

Step 5: Probation Period followed by Final confirmation based on practical work

Step 6: Confirmation
